Robotic welding training systems focus on enhancing the welding instructor’s ability to train students on robotic programming and sharpening their welding skills and techniques.

These robotic welding training systems help students learn how to weld using a variety of processes including MAG welding (GMAW), MIG welding (GMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW).

The Basic and Intermediate versions of the ClassMate™ Robotic Welding Trainer allow instructors to teach programming in the classroom and then move through a standard doorway to the lab for welding. The Intermediate and Advanced versions feature RoboGuide® WeldPro® Training and Software, which simulates a robotic arc welding process in 3-D space.
