This approach gives students a well-rounded welding education that not only teaches them how to weld but how to apply their knowledge in the real world as they advance in their welding careers.

First Edition – SMAW Welding Training Curriculum

Based on AWS EG 2.0 (Guide for the Training of Welding Personnel: Level – Entry Welder), the Lessons in Arc Welding Curriculum for the VRTEX® is designed to offer an enhanced method of learning using traditional welding training projects and virtual reality welding projects. Instructors have the flexibility to implement the curriculum in their lesson and training programs.

For an educator or instructor, the Robotic Project Based Lessons offer a lesson plan that can be used in any curriculum today. For use with software version 7.7 or lower.

Robotic Welding Project Based Lessons – Book 2

This collection of lesson plans are aligned with updated software to provide step-by-step instructions as well as objectives, discussion questions and other materials for the instructor or student. For use with software version 7.8 and higher.

Robotic Education Welding Fixture

The patent pending 3-in-1 adjustable welding fixture is designed for use on a robotic welding education training system. The welding fixture is flexible and compact, enabling the welding instructor to teach common and industry supported joints and positions in welding, all in one simple device.

Introduction to CNC Plasma Arc Cutting
