Educating and developing the skills of the workforce of the future has been an integral part of Lincoln Electric’s mission from the day it opened the doors to its welding school in 1917.

As a recognized leader with more than 100 years of welding expertise, we provide industry-focused certification, training and resources to help educators and their students to pursue higher levels of welding excellence. From actively teaching every spectrum of welding knowledge at our Welding Training & Technology Center, to the curriculum materials, tools, training equipment and support we provide to schools all across the nation – our mission is to build a better world by supporting up and coming welders with everything they need to make their mark.
